- A facilitator constrained by public source, 5e rules, confirmed state, and the difference between a declared intention and its result.
- 04DEFERRED
- The needed runtime action is unavailable or has not completed.

- A setting whose established history, institutions, metaphysics, and named facts do not change merely to agree with a player or narrator.

- A SESSION that can retain characters, inventory, rolls, events, and consequences across conversations when the runtime confirms them.
