STORY-01 / TIER 2 / OPENING PREMISE
The Temple has been seized. The new authority calls it restoration. Residents are displaced, work is requisitioned, and Couriers begin moving through routes the official maps refuse to acknowledge.
What a new player knows
Public notices describe an old right being restored. On the street, people lose rooms, routes, work, records, and the ability to challenge what is happening to them.
The new authority speaks as though the city was waiting for its arrival. Construction expands behind closed boundaries, and every restriction is described as temporary or necessary.
Residents are moved, labour is compelled, services narrow, and routes vanish from public maps. Couriers continue beneath the account imposed above them.
Campaign entry
A name is missing from a register. A work order has no accountable author. A familiar route no longer appears on the map. Someone needs to cross before the next patrol.
None of these situations tells you what the story means. Each gives your character a person, place, risk, and immediate decision.
